Owner and CEO, Julia Jenneman, brings 20+ years of event coordination experience and collaborates seamlessly with your vendors, family, and friends to elevate your dream wedding, tell your unique story, and celebrate who you are both as individuals and as a couple. Julia is continuing her education with The Certified Wedding Planners Society (CWP) Executive Certification as a wedding planner.

Julia holds a BA in Communications from the UofMN, and is a Professional member of the Certified Wedding Planners Society (CWP). She and her team have extensive experience managing a wide variety of people, creating a luxury experience on any budget, preparing and organizing a painstakingly detailed event timeline, anticipating things that could go wrong, and handling sticky situations quickly and discreetly. Balancing relational care, creative vision, and logistical details is what sets Julia and her team apart. Chances are, if something should go wrong at your wedding, your guests have absolutely no idea anything unusual happened.

Description

Our Day-of-Coordination begins about two to three months before your wedding and includes detailed timeline management, vendor coordination, venue walk-through, rehearsal with officiant and wedding party, and all consultation meetings. We provide some guest & personal table decor set up, vendor check-ins, and decor gathering at end of the night.

    Wonderful experience working with Julia!! Truly, don't know if we could have done it without her. She just made everything so much easier for us. She understood what we needed and provided so much insight. She handled so many details and did so much work to make our day run perfectly. I really cannot say enough good things about working with her! Like I couldn't have asked for anything more. I also did notice that all of the vendors that we hired commented that they liked working with Julia too and felt cared for/communicated with. She's just got a great talent for being that central point person that is holds all the information and communicates with everyone. We were especially impressed with how she orchestrated a pretty big crowd at our wedding rehearsal. My husband has a big family, there were a lot of kids, and 100% because of her we got the rehearsal done efficiently, smoothly, with everyone feeling prepared. I'll also say that before we found Julia, we did a couple convos/quotes from other planners/coordinators and not only were they like whoa there expensive, I also just felt they weren't as kind and genuine. 12/10 would hire again (and will if I ever have another large event)!

    Working with J.Jenneman Events (Julia) was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. Julia brought a calm, confident presence and a level of organization that instantly put us at ease.
