It all started back in 2018 when the pastor’s wife, who was known for coordinating the church weddings, wasn't available. With a few weddings being a bridesmaid under my belt, I said yes to running a small 50 person backyard wedding, & it went smooth! That’s when I fell in love with weddings & became the new director for the church weddings. That led to planning my own wedding and a few years later it was my husband, who helped encourage the dream of making it into the business and got us where we are! Jesse help lead her in faith to found and start Kalos Coordinating, LLC, knowing that the Lord would lead them in the right direction.
Kalos stems from a Greek word found in 1 Peter 4:10 “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:” The word good there is meant to be something that is beautiful, but it carries more weight than just beautiful. It is to be excellent, magnificent and precious. That has been my drive in every wedding Kalos takes on – that each couple would feel their wedding day (and their marriage) be founded in excellence and magnificence!

The Planner Every Couple Deserves
If you are in need of perfect communication, thoughtful vendor management, genuine support, and a truly unforgettable planning experience, Kelsey and her company Kalos are the answer. She has a gift for easing your stress by reassuring you and your partner that everything is in order, and by gently reminding you to focus your energy on the moments and tasks that truly matter. Her organization, attention to detail, timeline mastery, problem solving, creative vision, and calm leadership make the entire planning journey feel effortless. She anticipates needs before you even notice them, keeps every moving piece aligned, and guides you through each decision with clarity and confidence. Her calm presence allows you to breathe, trust, and enjoy the process without feeling overwhelmed. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As the bride, I stood there with not a single ounce of stress during my wedding day because I knew that Kelsey and her team understood exactly what we envisioned for our special day. She cared for every detail with so much intention, even the sweet and simple things, like taking Polaroid photos on her own for us to keep forever. Her presence brought peace, confidence, and joy to every part of our experience. We are thankful for the way she managed and reviewed every vendor contract, how she stayed invested in reminding us of every invoice and important deadline. The behind the scenes work she carried out with our venue was also truly remarkable. So much of what made our day seamless came from the effort she poured into details that many people never even see. Her dedication allowed us to simply be present and enjoy every moment. We cannot say enough beautiful things about Kelsey. She was, and will always be, a blessing for us. Our wedding party and our family members who had the opportunity to see her work her magic throughout the planning process and on the wedding day still talk about her incredible organization, her warmth, and her amazing people skills, even two weeks after the celebration. Kelsey is the kind of planner who turns a wedding into a once in a lifetime memory, and we are endlessly grateful for her.

If you want to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and intentional wedding day - Kelsey is the way to go. I can’t stress this enough - Kelsey made our day 10000x better than it would’ve been without her. She allowed us to be present on our day and to focus on each other and our guests. To name a few highlights, she handled the nitty gritty of set up, directed the flow of the evening, vendor communication, and even assisted with tear down. Leading up to our wedding, she got all of our vendors in order, made sure we had every box checked, and went above and beyond to relieve our stressors. Our wedding party and family loved working with her and mentioned how great she was as our go-to person. I could go on and on, but Kelsey is truly the way to go!!
Easiest wedding ever
As a mother of the bride, Kelsey was extremely helpful in making the day go as smooth as possible. She was there every step of the way to assist Emily with everything she needed to make her day perfect. She was easy to work with her adaptable and can-do attitude. She was great as ensuring everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were to be there. Thank you for making Emily and Zach's day sensational.
Amazing help for an overwhelmed bride!
Kelsey was so incredibly helpful! She kept our vendors on point, helped us with decorations and ideas prior to the wedding, and made sure we were fed and had drinks all through the reception. She even handled our rehearsal when our officiant couldn’t make it. She is the best and I would recommend her to any bride!
