With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. | Description | I have a Month of Coordination package that starts at $1500 for 2026 weddings and $1600 for 2027 weddings. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me if they need more than a month. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance. | My Day of Coordination starts at $1050 for 2026 weddings with 2027 starting at $1150 I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. Best vendor you could hire
I read a lot of reviews before I hired a coordinator, and there is a reason a ton of Mary Anna’s say that she was the best vendor a bride could hire. She did everything she could to ensure we had a smooth, happy, and painless day—and she succeeded! She was quick to respond to every question (no matter how big or small), organized, thoughtful, and made us and our families feel so at-ease with her positive and supportive spirit. She even did all the little things like making sure my husband and I never had to go to the bar for ourselves, and stocking our honeymoon suite with leftover food for us to enjoy after the wedding. Whether you’re at the point where you don’t know what you don’t know about wedding planning, or just need a helping hand, I couldn’t recommend Mary Anna enough!

Mary Anna was the most AMAZING wedding coordinator! She helped our rehearsal and wedding day run so smoothly, and I didn't have to think about anything! She told me exactly where I needed to be and was SO helpful! The setup was so easy, and I even borrowed a lot of my vases and candles from her decor closet! She also made cleanup after the wedding so quick and easy for my family. I couldn't recommend her more!

Our biggest day wouldn’t have been complete without Mary Anna present! From early into planning calls, email check ins, venue walkthroughs, and the day of - Mary Anna was always available to us and kept us calm & collected throughout our entire wedding planning process. She’s a ray of positivity and really knows the wedding business well, you’ll be lucky to have her with you on your wedding day!!
