We’re two friends based in sunny San Diego, and we’re passionate about turning your dream wedding into a reality. While we call the West Coast home, we love traveling across the country to help couples create unforgettable celebrations. From the big decisions to the tiniest details, we can’t wait to be a part of your planning journey and make your special day as magical as possible. What sets us apart from other wedding coordinators is our unique background as school counselors. While we’re experts in wedding planning, we also bring the skills and mindset of counselors to every event. Our calming presence, problem-solving abilities, and genuine passion for helping others allow us to handle any challenges that come our way with ease. Whether it’s navigating unexpected hurdles or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, our ability to stay composed and focused helps keep your big day stress-free. Description

This will include 3 consultations prior to the wedding, create a timeline of the wedding day, attend rehearsal at ceremony site, set up/clean up at the ceremony and reception, follow up phone calls to your vendors 2 weeks out, giving checks to the appropriate vendors

Our base rate is $1200 and then depending on the destination will depend on extra fees.

    I truly couldn’t have done it without Kate from Timeless Ties! She was super responsive from day one and made the entire wedding planning process so smooth. Every detail was handled with care, and she brought my vision to life perfectly. I was able to enjoy the day stress-free knowing she had everything under control.     Kate was incredible through the whole wedding process! We called a few times to go over the timeline and final logistics. The day of she was a machine. She didn’t forget a thing. I was so worried about letting someone else execute my vision as I’m very type A but she nailed it! Everything was set up just as we planned and even better. She handled all issues quietly so I could have a great day. She made me feel so comfortable and really hyped me up. She’s a great communicator and handled all the vendors with poise. I couldn’t have done it without her! Highly recommend Timeless Ties for all planning and day of needs!

    Kate at Timeless Ties was my day-of coordinator, but she was present and involved every step of the way leading up to our wedding. Her communication was beyond on point - she was immaculate, articulate, and truly an amazing human being. Kate went above and beyond to make our special day better than we could have ever imagined. She handled and organized every aspect of the wedding, and connected with not only my husband and I, but also my 11-year-old daughter.
