The Wild West Collective was born in 2019 after I moved to Cody, Wyoming and realized there was really no wedding infrastructure in the immediate area. I was a wedding photographer at the time and just had the intentions of offering some farm tables and cross back chairs. What started as 15 tables and 120 chairs has turned into close to $1M in rentals inventory and us offering planning & design services too. I strive to source beautiful and unique rentals, to price our rentals at affordable rates, and to create unique spaces. I'm a creative at heart and somehow turned my hobby into a full time job that I love!

The Wild West Collective is a design heavy firm. We care about all the details. We love combining colors, textures, and patterns to create memorable and welcoming spaces for our Clients and their guests. We really try to create fresh looks and will not create anything seen on pinterest. We also have a suite of planning tools to help keep both us and our clients on track!

We live in Nashville, TN and had our hearts set on a destination wedding in WY. I quickly realized once we finalized our date that there was no way I was going to be able to make it all happen on my own. Thankfully my sister found Wild West Collective!!! Not only did Kayleigh and her team provide planning, design, rentals and day-of setup and coordination, but she truly was a lifeline for me over the almost 18 months of planning a wedding remotely. She answered all of my anxious texts, took multiple zoom calls with me so she was always in the loop, recommended a florist and even went and stayed at our venue long before the wedding so she could get a feel for the surroundings. I really can't express how much it meant to have her make our special day come to life with her creativity and efficiency. It was all so stunning and it was the best day of our lives! We are so thankful. Can't wait to plan a vow renewal. ;)

Wow!! Words cannot describe how wonderful it was to work with Wild West and Kayleigh! We found them after searching for more modern furniture that would fit our aesthetic for our Jackson hole wedding and wow did they deliver above and beyond that every wish we had Kaley met over and over again! We even added a guest last minute as a surprise, and two hours before the wedding started she adjusted everything to fit them. Her skills are everything you need when planning a wedding- she’s organized, she has an eye for design, and she will tell you what will work and what won’t work! On the day of, she reads the room and ensures all goes smoothly. I can truly say our day was perfect because of her.

Wild West Collective handled rentals, design, and day of coordination for my wedding at my in-laws’ ranch on 08/02/2025. They went above and beyond to make sure everything matched the vision I wanted! I was able to communicate whenever I needed. I never once felt overwhelmed on the big day and was able to enjoy every minute. Everything came together so beautifully!

We came to Kayleigh with a wild idea for our backyard wedding and oh boy did she and her team make it happen. She's such a great mix of creative and logistics: knowing how to pull off everything from our non-traditional color scheme to figuring out how to get a 200-person tent across state lines. We have no plans to have another wedding but we'll be hitting Kayleigh and company up for our 10 year vow renewal.
