About this venue
Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week from November - April. We offer two getting ready suites, 6 options for outdoor / covered ceremony + cocktail hour locations, 6 gender neutral restrooms, option to bring in your own caterer, affordable bar package options, one event per day and so much added value including our Something Borrowed Collection, stocked bathroom baskets + mini fridge in each getting ready suite with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snack basket and coffee bar stations! Best venue ever!!
Where do I start? From the very beginning Kim and her team at Hyla Brook Estate were always nice and answered all questions even if I asked soo many!! They had made wedding day smooth even though we were a little crazy. From the table setups, to the small things that had to be changed last minute. They just absolutely killed it, the venue is stunning, the team members are absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints! They are pros no matter what you throw at them. They created my wedding day welcome mirror, they have an amazing something borrowed collection, amazing makeup/hair room, so many photo locations on site, they coordinated well with my vendors, literally nothing went wrong on my wedding day! Just felt amazing! I would recommend them OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! No regrets! Thank you Kim & her team !

Choosing Hyla Brook Estate was one of the best decisions we ever made. We first saw the venue when it was just studs and a construction zone, but Kim’s clear vision and meticulous attention to detail during our initial meetings gave us complete trust that she would bring it to life beautifully — and she absolutely did. Over the 13 months between booking and our wedding, Kim and her team worked so closely with us to tailor every detail exactly how we wanted. Every single hiccup along the way was handled with grace, kindness, and genuine care, making us feel like part of the Hyla Brook family. On our wedding day, the estate was nothing short of stunning — a true reflection of Kim’s passion and dedication. We are so grateful to have found such an incredible venue and partner for our special day.
LOVED this venue!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kim and her team for our wedding in May. Like most Saturdays this spring, it rained..BUT the Hyla Brook team made the transition to the rain plan feel seamless. We loved our ceremony space under the covered patio! In planning conversations, Kim helped us think through every aspect to ensure the flow of the day was perfect. I had heard that "something will always go wrong on your wedding day" but if something did, I'm completely in the dark about it because our day-of coordinators took care of every. single. detail., allowing us to fully enjoy our day. Not only is the venue beautiful, but it felt very functional too. For example, we had 10 women getting ready in the bridal suite the day-of, and there was plenty of space for us to get ready comfortably. We were just about at max capacity with our guest count, but the space never felt cramped. We had a lovely experience with Hyla Brook Estate, from the planning to the day-of; the team truly helped us make our dream wedding a reality. We would HIGHLY recommend!

If you’re looking for a fully customizable wedding experience, look no further! Kim and the Hyla Brook team were amazing helping to bring our vision to life, making for a beautiful, seamless, stress-free day we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. It’s very clear she has many years in the industry. The getting ready suites made for a relaxing start to the day, with Kim consistently checking in our needs. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all were perfect. The bar service was amazing, our guests raved about how friendly and great the bartenders was, and on the larger side of guest count, the staff was constantly working to keep lines minimal (which they impressively&successfully did!). The least stressful and BEST day of our lives thanks to Kim, Ashley, and our amazing vendors!
