Welcome to The Barn at Union Lake Orchard. This 3rd generation farm has been offering its farm fresh produce for 40 years. Our hand crafted, 3 story, timber frame event Barn provides you the beauty and timelessness of farmland in Barrington, NH. Framed by colorful flowers and rows of lush peach trees this event space will be one to remember. Our wedding season is late May through mid October.

The Perfect Rustic Summer Wedding
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Barn at Union Lake Orchard. Karen and Ryan are prompt to communicate via phone or email and are very flexible. We were able to set up two days before our wedding day, which really helped reduce stress and iron out last minute details. The barn is absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for our 125 guests, including a dance floor. Would recommend this venue for anyone looking for beautiful farm/rustic themed summer wedding at a competitive price!
Bride
The Barn at Union Lake Orchard was a decent venue for our wedding, though they had some issues with management that caused a hassle. Their communication was decent, and they were responsive to our questions leading up to the big day. The venue itself was beautiful and great value for the price, with a lovely rustic charm that fit our vision perfectly. However, they lost our final payment check, which led to some unnecessary stress trying to get it resolved. Overall, the venue was a nice backdrop for our wedding, but the management could use some improvement.
Great experience
The Barn at Union Lake Orchard was a wonderful place to host our wedding at the end of September. It was the perfect amount of space for our 95 guests. We received so many compliments from our guest on how magical the place felt that night. Karen and Ryan were lovely to work. They were always available to answer questions and were kind enough to let us come to the property several times during the planning phase, always giving us a bag of peaches on the way out. If you are looking for a beautiful, rustic feel with the freedom to hire your own vendors we absolutely recommend!
Lovely Venue
I learned of this place from a local source, and my husband and I were excited to get married at this gem in Barrington. Karen was responsive and lovely to work with, giving us contact information for vendors who had worked with the Barn before, and making sure that her sons moved tables and chairs around for us. Their existing furniture saved time and money, so it was super convenient. It is important to note that if you do choose this venue, there is no heating or cooling in the barn, and there is no existing bathroom; we got married in the middle of October and though it was chilly outdoors, the barn itself was fairly warm. We rented a bathroom trailer, which had a perfect spot just outside the venue and it wasn't a problem at all. Overall, the peach farm is a gorgeous place to get married!
