We absolutely loved our wedding venue.
The Wythe Hotel was the perfect venue for our fall 2025 wedding. My husband and I hosted about 100 guests and wanted the evening to feel like an intimate dinner party, which turned out to be surprisingly hard to find in NYC. Most restaurants cap at around 80 people, and most traditional venues are designed for 150 or more. The Wythe struck that perfect balance. From the first time we visited, we fell in love with its aura and atmosphere — the brick walls, warm lighting, and “accessible chic” style were exactly what we were looking for. What really sealed the deal was that all catering comes from their onsite restaurant, Le Crocodile, which is exceptional. (Don’t miss the orzo cacio e pepe, the tuna tartare or the Veracruz cocktail!) Our event planner, Cassie, was amazing — organized, responsive, and clear about timelines and decisions. She made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The wedding day itself ran smoothly. Every member of the Wythe team was attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. So many of our guests commented on how seamless the day felt and raved about the food and service. We can’t wait to go back to Bar Blondeau and Le Crocodile to celebrate anniversaries and future milestones. It truly was the most magical day, and we’re grateful to the Wythe team for making it so special and personal!
Jan '25 wedding
Great service and staff! We used bar blondeau, the main hall, and the after party venue and everything was really nice and smooth. Food and drinks were great. We had about 120 people at our wedding which I would not recommend going too far over for this venue. We rented the suite and it was perfect for group getting ready before. The concierge was available for questions and updates all the time
Amazing All-Inclusive Ceremony and Reception Venue
Last month we hosted our 125 person wedding at the Wythe Hotel in our local Brooklyn. We could not have asked for a more beautiful city venue or a more helpful team. Our sales director JD and our event coordinator Cassie are such pros-- both veterans of the NYC wedding industry-- and they helped make the day a real breeze. At the Wythe you really get what you pay for. We had a Saturday "off-season" wedding so the F&B minimums were high but easily met with our guest count. Our 395 a head included a premium open bar, multiple signature cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, a market station, a plated family style meal, coffee service, a wedding cake, all hospitality staff, coat check, A/V team, and hotel discounts. If we hadn't wanted to add extra florals and decor, the space truly would've been gorgeous bare. The Wythe team helped us manage the rest of our vendors and recommended some if we needed. We stayed onsite in one of their giant suites, which was perfect for getting ready and for first look photos. Cannot recommend this vendor enough!!
Oh boy.
Oof. We did not have a good experience with the Wythe. We did not book our wedding there, just rooms for ourselves and family members, and it showed how little they cared. The rooms were run down—including a giant sliding door in the penthouse that wouldn't close offering little privacy for getting ready for the wedding. A week before our arrival we were told that they had overbooked our room and that we would have to move Sunday morning. We missed brunch with our family to get everything out in time for checkout. It was beyond loud, with parties at bars/music venues all three nights we were there. We were happy to leave and will not be back—as will none of our guests.
