For us, being a part of your journey means celebrating each fleeting second as if it were our own.

Hi we’re Harry and Chantal and capturing couples being their fun authentic selves is our jam! Our style of capturing wedding days is candid. What we love to say is that “we capture the moments, but we also capture the moments in-between the moments. Our main goal on any wedding day is to make sure that couples feel comfortable and are free to be their authentic selves. Our approach has always been, if you are having a great time, it’ll make everything we capture all the more beautiful.

    We could not have picked a better team to work with for our engagement session and wedding day - Harry and Chantal are beyond talented and are truly gifted. My husband and I "interviewed" several photographers/videographers during our search/wedding planning, and we could feel their genuine love and passion for their work from our first call. We knew right away that Harry and Chantal would be the perfect fit for us and our search stopped that day. In addition to their wonderful personalities and hearts, Harry and Chantal are simply on top of everything - we had prep calls prior to our engagement session and wedding day, and they were also quick to think on their feet when Chicago traffic got the best of us. Harry and Chantal really want you to have the best, most seamless experience on some of your happiest, most memorable days, and also deliver gorgeous work product. Their second shooters are also top notch - Jake and I had the pleasure of working with Candys and Hanako. Really, you will simply be wowed.  My husband and I have gotten pictures taken by several other photographers as well (who were also wonderful!), but Harry and Chantal both have an eye for the perfect angles and moments, whether it be a candid or posed shot. I actually don't have to say much more, as their beautiful website showcases their amazing work. Harry and Chantal were our favorite wedding vendors, and we cannot recommend A New Odyssey more.  Harry and Chantal - Jake and I are so grateful for both of you and your amazing work! Thank you :)

    We worked with Chantal and Harry for our wedding and we are extremely grateful that we found them. They are the sweetest, nicest couple who love their job and do everything they can to capture the best moments of your special day. We could not ask for better people to work with! Weddings are stressful and a lot of things can go wrong. But I was certain of one thing that could go never wrong-pictures and video. I knew they were in good hands and I could just enjoy our special day without worrying about them. They are amazing in capturing the most natural moments and you don’t even realize that they are there as they do it. And the video-omg!! They did such an amazing job and even after watching it hundred of times I can’t help myself but cry. They have such a quick turnover too and gave us our edited pictures and video right on time they said they would. We had our sneak peaks for pictures and video “3” days after the wedding. Knowing that they are super busy and traveling all the time, I was super amazed by that. We recommend them to anyone from the bottom our hearts.Please do work with Chantal and Harry if you want to have one less stress on your special day and capture the most amazing moments of your wedding! Love you guys, y’all the best!!!
