Sheri and Amy have been close friends for more than ten years, having met through their husbands. In 2020, Sheri and her husband Will established their flower farm, Hoofprint Farm. A customer from the farm urged Sheri and Amy to create floral arrangements for their wedding and they fell in love with the creative process. This marked the beginning of their partnership, leading to Hoofprint Farm Floral Design. Since then, both friends have taken several classes in flower design and event planning, and they are now eager to dive into the world of wedding and event floral design. I grew up playing in the woods, collecting natural materials and gardening with my father from the time I could walk. I was always a gardener first. Everywhere I lived I've left a perennial garden behind. In college, I was taking a walk in the fall to unwind from exams collecting pods, dried flowers and grass as I went. Upon return I wove a wreath from my collection. A friend stopped by admired what I had done, she asked what was in it, I told her- oh, just a bunch of weeds. At which she said you little weedweaver you! It stuck and years later it only seemed fitting to use it as my own.
