With years of experience in the always fast paced Art Department for TV/Film, coupled with her experience working in flower studios, Anika brings a different perspective to her flower game. Marigolds is an AAPI, Woman-owned small business located in Astoria, Queens.

    I cannot recommend Anika highly enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. She was so patient with me as I refined my vision multiple times, and she managed to take all of my different ideas and bring them together into something cohesive and beautiful.     I had the esteemed privilege of being a guest at one of the weddings Marigolds Florals designed the gorgeous flowers for. I witnessed the interaction between the bride and the florist and could tell she was a pleasure to work with. The florals were so beautiful vibrant and fresh, we got to take them home at the end of the day and they lasted so long!

    Anika and Marigolds did an incredible job for our big day. She changed things up after listening to our feedback and then delivered a flawless look! Everyone raved at how beautiful it all turned out and how well it all fit the setting. Even up against cherry blossoms in peak bloom at our venue, Marigolds’ flowered were still standouts. Anika also was able to source locally and worked with an eye toward sustainability, which meant a lot to us. She was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend!

    When you spend months communicating through a phone and blindly trust your florist to see the vision through - and she absolutely does!! I cannot express how grateful I was to find Marigolds Florals!! We specifically wanted to support small businesses with a priority on minority/woman owned. Afterall, small businesses and creatives literally keep art, passion, and customer service alive in an economy where everything seems transactional. I am a very particular bride, and Anika never made me feel bad about it. Instead, she thoroughly answered questions, entertained my unique request, and went above the call of duty. We hopped on many calls, shared tons of photos, and the plans changed quite a bit over a span of months. She rocked and rolled the whole way through, and I will never forget patience AND ability to execute that Anika and her team exhibited. From a Philly girl to a NY girl, I am grateful.
