My day was beautiful and came together easily, this was a wonderful business to work with.

KC and Sara created a stunning, modern, and value-packed venue; our wedding reception was the best experience for us and our guests! Working with KC and Sara made us feel like family, from the tours we took before booking to ensuring our space was perfect after a messy group the night before- they made sure we had 0 issues!! Everything about this venue is first class- from our tables and settings, the gorgeously modern and stylish facilities, to the outdoor space- every aspect of this place was above expectations!! We had to host cocktail hour inside due to rain concerns, everything was gorgeous and felt very natural inside. Our catering staff loved the kitchen facilities and they had room for our huge cake and desserts ahead of time. We were able to bring our pup to the venue as they are pet friendly. We had use of the modern cottages on site, after our event we were able to stay the night and wake up the next morning and enjoy breakfast on the water! We would recommend this venue to any couple who is looking to get married in this area, Sally Port View is an excellent place to start your happily ever after!

We had our wedding at The Barracks Inn last month (Labor Day 2022). What a beautiful venue, the view can't be beat, the reception/dinner room is beautiful, the food was wonderful. And the drinks were perfect! The owner was so accommodating with all of my quirky plans - never complained, listened to what we wanted and made it all happen. We are picky so this is really something. The sound system is great - really over the top from what you would normally expect. Dancing on the beautiful deck that sits out on the water was heaven. We could have danced until dawn. I heartily recommend this venue and Kim (the owner) as "the" place to have your wedding, anniversary party, birthday party, or just a party party! You will be very pleased with the whole process.
