Amazing!!!!We recently hosted our wedding at Empire Steak House Hawaii, and words can hardly express how magical the experience was. With 100 of our closest friends and family gathered in their breathtaking Dining the Sky Room, it felt like a dream brought to life. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like royalty. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel confident and at ease throughout the entire planning process and on our big day. The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. It was vibrant and a romantic place to have a wedding especially on a Friday night where they have a firework show. Alma Hamamoto was my husband’s and I catering/service manager. Her communication throughout the planning process was always positive, punctual, and informative. The HHV staff was incredibly kind and hospitable, ensuring our special day was special. The high-quality food and attentive service were standouts, and they even made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy a meal together amidst the excitement. Having the wedding and reception all in one beautiful, sprawling resort was so convenient - we loved being able to take photos in the different scenic areas around the property, and our bridal party had a blast exploring the spa, beach, pools, and restaurants on site. We're thrilled we chose the Hilton Hawaiian Village and would recommend it to any couple looking for a magical wedding experience.

We got married at Sunset Ranch in September 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery, sweeping views, and a peaceful, romantic atmosphere. Every part of the property felt intentional and special, from the ceremony at Fern’s Garden to cocktail hour at Sunset Vista and the reception at Charlie’s Pond. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible team behind it all. Ronda and the entire Sunset Ranch Ohana were amazing to work with. They were kind, organized, and so genuine in making sure everything went smoothly. We felt supported throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day itself, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and seamless everything was. It was the perfect mix of natural beauty and thoughtful coordination. We are forever grateful to Sunset Ranch for giving us the most magical day of our lives. If you are getting married in Hawaii, this is the place!

We had our wedding at Loulu Palm on June 14, 2024. We booked our venue before we got to see it in person, and it was even more beautiful than we thought it would be! The greenery, the ocean, and the privacy was just perfect for our special day. The backdrop of all of our photos and videos was just perfect. The size of the venue is perfect because it is big enough to have the grand, beautiful vibe, while still feeling so intimate. Nickie and Ashley were both so helpful and welcoming. We really felt so special on our wedding day. You absolutely have to book Ashley as your coordinator! She is AMAZING! My wedding day was PERFECT and I was able to have so much fun and enjoy it thanks to Ashley. I did not have to worry for one second because she had everything handled. She is truly a master of her craft. She loves what she does and it is so evident with the amount of work and care she pours into couples. I don’t know how anyone gets married without her! As soon as she stepped in for coordination, I had my full trust in her. She is organized, prompt, and just fun to talk to. I will keep in touch with Nickie and Ashley because we can’t wait to visit Loulu Palm again for an anniversary trip!

Our wedding at the Hawaii Polo Club was perfection! My husband and I booked this venue prior to seeing in person as this was a destination wedding. We were married on the beach and even though the heavy rains washed out some of the sand I hardly noticed on the day of and not at all in our pictures. Even though they do not have a space to get ready in, the clubhouse worked perfectly for me to get my dress on and take getting ready pictures with all of my 7 bridesmaids and mother in the clubhouse. Sugako, our day of coordinator was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was very communicative throughout the planning and any time I had questions or needed help deciding on something she was there to help guide and give suggestions. Jamie was our bartender and was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I as well as our guests were captivated by the natural beauty of the Hawaii Polo Club. Overall 10/10 for our experience with the venue and their recommended vendors.
