We’re Maurice & Carrie, a husband & wife team who met while working at a movie theater in the suburbs of Chicago when we were just 19. We stayed best friends across states as we followed different paths, ultimately finding ourselves living in Cincinnati, Ohio, reunited (and eventually married in November 2020). Firefly Productions grew out of a passion to do something that was positive & meaningful, and we named it after the fireflies we loved chasing & capturing as children on those hot, summer Illinois nights.
