I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. We could not have made it through this process without her. If you are on the fence about hiring Ariana and AMC Weddings, it will be the best investment you make for a stress-free wedding day! How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. From venue changes to outfit changes to specifically timed songs to props - everything was coordinated perfectly. We cannot thank Liv enough for our wedding weekend :)

I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. Christina will not only plan your wedding but she will be your friend throughout the whole wedding planning process. I can’t recommend her enough.

It was an absolutely beautiful journey with Abiola and her team. There truly aren’t enough words to express our gratitude, but we’ll start with this: From our very first call, we knew we were in great hands. Abiola wasn’t just focused on logistics; she genuinely wanted to know us—our story, our values, and our vision. We still remember receiving our first care package and affectionately calling Abiola our “Fairy Godmother.” She gave us the right tools and encouragement for the journey ahead. From rehearsal to our wedding day, Abiola and her team didn’t miss a single detail or moment—they celebrated with us as if it were their own wedding. We planned a Haitian wedding with nearly 50 vendors, a wedding party of almost 30 people, two locations (church and reception), and a long list of moving parts in 7 months. You can only imagine the level of organization, communication, patience, and discipline required to execute such a day flawlessly! Yet Abibi Bridal exceeded every expectation—not only for us but also for our families, friends, and vendors. Thanks to them, we carry countless happy memories. They lifted the heavy load off our shoulders and replaced it with peace, joy, and the ability to be fully present in every moment. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

Before we connected with Cassie, I was already feeling overwhelmed by the venue search, and we had only been engaged for a few weeks!
