“We rented flowers through Something Borrowed Blooms and went with the Jane collection. Flowers were lower on our tier of priorities, so this worked well for us. It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

The compliments from guests on our wedding florals were endless, and even now, people are still talking about how beautiful everything looked. If you’ve ever planned a wedding or a large-scale event, you know how overwhelming it can be. I spoke with several florists before finding Nicole, and the difference was night and day. One florist brushed me off because I didn’t know the exact flowers I wanted during our first call. Another abruptly asked (5 minutes in) if I was just using them to learn flower names before cutting me off mid-conversation. It was discouraging, to say the least. Then there was Nicole. “I loved working with Goldie’s Flowers and Gifts for my wedding in April 2025. From the first meeting, Zorica listened to my ideas and helped me hone my vision. She provided guidance in selecting seasonal flowers, and talking through tablescape options. What was most impressive about Zorica and her team is they helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for, and they were willing to work within my budget! My style for flowers was simple and classic: all white flowers with lots of greenery. The table decor, the boutonnieres, the bridesmaid and mothers-of bouquets were just what we wanted. The greenery arch was also beautifully crafted, and her set-up and take-down were expertly handled. I’d love to take some time to highlight the bridal bouquet. Zorica thoughtfully added in the lace from my grandmother’s and my mother’s wedding dresses, while crafting a stunning, sculptural ranunculus bouquet. I would highly recommend Goldie’s flowers and gifts for any couple looking for excellent floral execution, done with warmth, care, and attention to detail. “Suzette was AMAZING!! I am so so glad that I found her through Zola. The first time that we spoke on the phone we automatically clicked. I think we talked for like an hour almost. I explained my vision to Suzette and she delivered exactly what I was looking for! She delivered on my vision for my memory table, too. My wedding day was on dia de los muertos so we had an altar set up and Suzette helped to decorate it with marigolds and it was just so perfect. There were mistakes that I made on my end regarding table numbers and such and Suzette totally saved the day and made all of the table centers work perfectly. I would totally recommend Suzette to any bride! One last thing, I was a bride on a budget and didn't have a wedding coordinator or day-of planner but Suzette gave me some of the best advice and that was if you have good vendors you don't need a coordinator or planner. This is SO TRUE. My day went off without a hitch because of the amazing vendors that I used, which includes Suzette.”
