A southern Styled wedding venue in the heart of Hampton Roads, VA. Built in the 1920's and renovated in 2013 to the elegant building it is today The main ballroom can host up to 250 guests and can be used for both ceremony and reception. Foe those hoping for an outdoor ceremony, there is a large outdoor deck with a pergola that is surrounded by well manicured grounds and mature trees that give you a private and serene location to say "I do"

Our 5,500sf venue will easily accommodate several hundred seated guests. No matter the season, our climate-controlled space will keep guests comfortable. In addition to our indoor space, the venue includes a lighted patio area with a gazebo and bar for outdoor festivities, and a front porch. There is a pond and mountain view for those that seek this picturesque backdrop. Our modern farm style with neutral colors will be pleasing to all and provide a perfect setting for any special event.

Beautifully situated at the top of a hill overlooking a lake on approximately 450 acres tree farm and wildlife preserve. The Longhouse building has a large hall that can be used in a variety of ways. It's cathedral ceiling and large stone hearth make it both beautifully spacious and warm and inviting. The Pavilion at Black Water Junction was built by our family, for our family. We used old wood, old doors, huge rocks, and live edge boards, all found on the farm. We decorated with special things from our family. All of this makes our venue a very special place that we would like to share with you!

Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance. Weddings can be hosted in the chapel, outdoors, or in our elegant reception hall, offering versatile options for any occasion.

Apple Ridge Farm is a non-profit venue, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Coper Hill, VA that is perfect for your rustic wedding dreams. 100% of the proceeds from your wedding goes directly to sending children to camp each summer.
