Absoluetly LOVED this venue! The moment I first stepped on the property, I fell in love and *knew* this was the place my husband and I were going to get married. Angela and her staff set everything up just the way I wanted it, and it went so smoothly! There are *so* many different options of locations to have the ceremony. Due Sorelle provides plenty of tables and chairs, and the staff will set them up for you - one less thing for you to have to worry about on your big day! I also loved that we had access to the barn the night before the wedding so I could set up the reception and not have to worry about finding someone to do that the morning of. Angela was a bit confusing to communicate with at times? Just some random things here and there - asking for details, scheduling things, and some either miscommunication or lack thereof. She was super sweet! I had just wished the communication process were a little smoother. Overall I loved Due Sorelle and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Julie, Scott, and their team made our wedding day perfect. From the first site visit and throughout the planning process, they were amazing communicators. The venue has gorgeous outdoor spaces for the ceremony and cocktail reception. The indoor space is flexible for a reception with a dance floor. There are chairs for both the ceremony and reception as well as tables. We chose to have a June wedding and when the temps entered the upper 90s, we were grateful for the A/C reception space. Even better, there are two suites that the wedding party can use to make for a seamless process getting ready. We enjoyed our experience so very much. Lastly, the bathrooms there were also excellent and let’s be real, that’s a crucial component for any good party.

We first visited The Market at Grelen in the middle of December, and immediately knew that if it could look that beautiful in winter, it was going to be amazing for our October wedding. We had no idea how right we were. Grelen is filled with so much nature, is incredibly peaceful, and unbelievably gorgeous at all times of the year. The clear-top tent was a showstopper and all of our guests remarked how unique and beautiful it was, especially with the string lights. We were able to use almost all of the grounds for the most spectacular photos, from the greenest fields to their apple orchards and more. But most importantly, our ceremony location (the Berry Lawn) was just perfect. We had a smaller wedding with 80 guests and they fit so comfortably there, though the space could easily fit 150 at least. It was just the most beautiful location to get married, with the rolling mountains behind you as you say your vows. Their team was helpful from the very first day we stepped foot on the grounds, through all the wedding planning, and the wedding weekend itself. They sent us recommendations on vendors (which help us build our dream team -- they were all amazing!), kept us up to date on everything going on at the venue and shop (which has really good food, by the way. We had lunch there with our wedding party families before the wedding rehearsal), and double confirmed all details the week before the wedding. We also stayed at their 118 Suite property and really loved it! Also, they let you use some of their flowers and trees! This helped us save a bit on florals and really elevated every location. Our favorite were the magnolia trees in the tent :) Overall -- you will have an absolutely stunning wedding if you get married at Grelen!

The wedding was absolutely wonderful and exactly what my daughter wanted. All our guests were well taken care of and had a great time. Mary was our coordinate and she was fantastic to work with. She helped keep us on track with all of our vendors. The wedding was before the sunset and it was pretty bright out for our guests but it was perfect for the wedding party and for pictures. We had rented a tent in case of foul weather which thankfully didn't happen. We had a cocktail hour under the tent during pictures, dinner under the wisteria and used the pavilion for dancing. I was a tad nervous about a guest count of around 125 but it worked beautifully!

Our wedding day at Keswick Vineyards was perfect from start to finish - not an exaggeration. Everyone on staff made the entire day seamless, so we were able to truly just arrive and enjoy the day. When weather caused a hiccup in our day, our cocktail hour was moved under the tent no problem, drinks were brought to the wedding party while we waited out the storm, and we were able to keep to our schedule due to Cindy and team's fantastic planning. The venue itself was beautiful - the pool, house, and vineyard made the perfect photo backdrop, the carriage house where we got ready was the perfect secluded spot for our wedding parties, and I just truly didn't have to think of a single thing. The inclusions to the venue rental (tent, chairs, tables, etc.) made planning that much easier, along with vendor recommendations, and Cindy and team are true professionals who know what they're doing and will ensure your day is just about you and your love story. We were also lucky to have Cindy as our month of coordinator, which if you're lucky enough to snag one of her limited spots, DO IT! Going into our wedding, I truly felt so stress-free and like everything was out of my hands and handled. I truly cannot recommend getting married here enough, and it makes me so happy that we'll be able to share a bottle of Keswick wine together each anniversary. Just truly can't fit how wonderful this whole team and venue is in a single review. I am so grateful our wedding day was so special and perfect thanks to this place. This is a dream venue.

Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. Jack and I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding than The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, Virginia. Growing up in Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to get married in my hometown. Wineries are a popular choice in Charlottesville, but they are mostly located in the surrounding counties which require a long drive from hotels. Winery weddings can also require coordinating a lot of rentals (decor, tables, chairs, etc.) and finding a caterer. After researching all of the venues around Charlottesville, we chose The Club at Glenmore or many reasons. One, the beautiful and convenient location. Glenmore was conveniently located only about 10 minutes from our hotel block on Pantops which made it easy for guests and shuttles. Even though the location is close to town, it is situated inside a beautiful gated neighborhood with views of the mountains, rolling horse pastures, and well maintained golf course. So it feels like it's out in the country without actually being that far away from town! Two, the full service. Glenmore provides so much for its couples! It has an amazing on-site chef so we did not need to find a separate catering company. This was one of our main deciding factors! Couples even do the food & wine tasting at the venue which makes for a fun day trip :) Glenmore provides all of the ceremony chairs, reception chairs, tables, glassware, serving ware, flatware, etc. So we did not need to rent anything except purchase some decorations. Speaking of decorations, Glenmore has many decor pieces that we were able to use! They have arbors, prosecco walls, a boxwood wall for photo opps, votive candle and holders, charger plates, up-lights, bistro lights, etc. Three, the amenities. Getting ready spaces, ceremony locations, cocktail terrace, reception ballroom - Glenmore has it all! Glenmore has a beautiful bridal suite that the ladies in my bridal party were able to use all morning. The bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in, hang dresses in, store decor in, and even take pictures in. There is a separate space downstairs where the guys can get ready in too! We all enjoyed spending the morning and early afternoon together in these spaces while eating breakfast and lunch prepared for by Glenmore! The space was also convenient for our vendors too. They could come and check in with me throughout the morning since I was getting ready on-site. There are many ceremony locations to choose from if you want your ceremony at Glenmore. We actually switched our ceremony location within about 2 weeks of the wedding and Glenmore was very accommodating with this switch. Finally, the beautiful ballroom was another major deciding factor for us. We had our wedding in the summer, so we knew we wanted to have the reception indoors in an air conditioned room. Four, the staff. Glenmore takes pride in providing top notch service to its clients. Kim, the event coordinator at Glenmore, helped us so much from start to finish. She walked us through the wedding process, answered the many questions we had, worked with all of our vendors, met with us for our tasting and walkthroughs, made sure that all of our requests were met, and coordinated the entire Glenmore team on our wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful full-service wedding venue with everything including an amazing on-site caterer, top notch staff, convenient location, and gorgeous views, Glenmore is the place for you!!

Montfair was the first wedding venue my husband and I visited and we immediately fell in love with it. Private, understated but very well kept up, naturally gorgeous, and diverse in its landscapes, Montfair allowed us to create an experience that felt worlds away and truly magical. We held our ceremony down by the pond and guests could watch the sun set over the changing trees and water as they had drinks. The lodge feels intimate and cozy at night; the dance floor was expansive and welcoming; and guests who wanted fresh air could enjoy the bonfire Enjoying time with our families who stayed in the cabins the next morning was a special bonus. The team is resourceful and warm. This is a precious place!

This venue is amazing. You have access to the entire camp - pavillion, dining hall, fire pits, lodges and cabins. We had about half of our guests spend the entire weekend at the camp with us. They even staffed the rock climbing wall for our guests Saturday morning before our wedding. There are so many options to make your event exactly what you want it, and the staff is so great and easy to work with. Best of all- the fees go towards sending special needs children to camp. Cannot recommend it enough!!

Eastwood Farm and Winery was an incredible venue for our wedding. The communication style of the team, especially Emma the event manager, was incredibly prompt, friendly, and professional. From the beginning, they were responsive to our questions and provided beautiful photos that helped us envision our dream day, even though we were planning our wedding from across the country. On the day of, Emma was on site to manage the events and ensure everything went smoothly. The tent they provided as a rain backup was stunning and proved to be a lifesaver when we needed it. The views at the venue were breathtaking, and the separate event space away from the winery was perfect for our celebration. Out of over 20 venues we contacted in the Charlottesville area, Eastwood Farm and Winery stood out, and we're so glad we chose them to host our special day.

I don’t think I can say enough amazing things about Bridget and the staff at Rivercrest Farm and Events. With my research and talking to other venues, Rivercrest provides a unique opportunity for couples for many reasons - multiple Airbnb’s onsite, ability to decorate the venue yourself, having the venue for 2.5 days, the open mindedness to creative ideas, and no one else has Bridget!! When my now husband and I drove up on the property, we loved how quiet and beautiful the area was. But it was Bridget who sold us on the venue. Bridget is one of the friendliest, supportive, and most enthusiastic person - the best combination of what you want for an event coordinator. We looked at another place before seeing Rivercrest and we heard a lot of “no’s”- “No we wouldn’t do this or couldn’t do this”. So when we met Bridget, it was a breath of fresh air. When we told her our ideas and vision, it was a lot of “YES!” or “we can figure it out”. If there was something she wasn’t sure we could do, she would reach out to the owners or provide other solutions. Some different ideas - Toby Keith tribute, a The Office theme wedding video, the groom/groomsmen coming into the ceremony to Motley Crue, and bridal party flip cup entrance. We decided Rivercrest was our venue before we even got back to our vehicle to leave. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Bridget was very easy to reach and communicate with! Our 30 day walkthrough was easy and Bridget helped us see our vision come to life. Within the one month leading up to the wedding, Bridget would reach out to give updates and was flexible with any changes in our timeline. She was able to communicate to our vendors and be an advocate for us. Rivercrest has vendors on a recommended (not required list). We got our DJ (DJ Chuck) and caterer (Crossroads Catering and Cafe) off the list which were both fantastic!! Rivercrest has great connections! On wedding day, everything went smoothly!! Her staff helped with getting our older guests food and kept an eye on them throughout. Everything was set up how we visioned! Scott the owner was also helping out! We also rented 2 of the Airbnb’s which are onsite. Both Airbnb’s were super cute and clean! The Airbnb’s were a great option to have all of our friends stay with us. Bonus with being dog friendly!! Rivercrest allowed us to have a wedding weekend and not just a 5 hour day to spend with our loved ones. We recommend Rivercrest for all couples no matter how far you live! They deserve all the praise and the travel. 100% worth it.

We got married here in August 2022 and it was absolutely amazing! The venue itself is perfect for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Vendors love working here too because they have everything set up for them- a huge catering kitchen, all the plugs needed in the right places for a DJ/band, and ample for decor/tables inside. And the views as a backdrop for photos are to die for. Juan, the events manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and is an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend for your big day!

I enjoyed working with the entire Hardware Hills team and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an event space. The bridal suite is so beautiful and easily accommodated my bridal part of 6 plus other members of my family that was getting ready there that day. There are so many positive things to say about Court Manor we dont know where to start. We all know weddings can be a time of anxiety and stress for brides, grooms and their families but Jewel and Dave did an amazing job at making all of us feel welcome and comfotable on their property. They have a wide range of wedding packages that would suite several type of weddings. Jewel, Dave, and Joyce were a dream team to work with and not only made sure we had everything for our wedding, but also our stay on the property. They were very easy and clear to communicate and coordinate with. The property is stunning and the preservation work this team has put in is amazing. Where do I even begin?… The Rixey Manor team was the absolute best. I just got married there this week and it was a dream come true. The venue itself is gorgeous but the team at Rixey Manor is something so special. Isadora and Grace took away all of the stress me and my now husband had. They made me feel so cared for and so important. They went above and beyond to make me, my husband & our families feel like royalty. Everyone kept mentioning to us how impressed they were at how professional and thoughtful Isadora and Grace are. Isadora made sure that I felt important and helped me with absolutely everything that day. She completely took charge of the day and all me and my husband had to do was show up. My 2nd dress strap kept breaking and Isadora was always there fixing it and she always did it graciously. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people on my wedding day. The Rixey team is honestly a bunch of very special people who genuinely love what they do and they show so much love to the bride and groom. I also want to add that they were so attentive, caring and helpful when it came to my parents who both have a disability. I can go on for hours about how much I appreciate and legitimately care about Isadora and Grace. These people make dreams come true and my husband and I, along with our families are so grateful for them.
