We will travel to you anywhere! We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services. Investments for each of these services can range with the complexity of the venue, timing, our staffing needs, etc. Estimates can be provided following the consultation after we've gathered some details for your specific event.

During our consultation, we’ll talk about your venue, color palette, guest count, budget, and event layout. We’d also love to see any inspiration photos or Pinterest boards you have before our meeting! Proposal Creation: Based on our conversation we’ll create a custom proposal. We’ll take into account the seasonality of your flower choices and send the proposal back to you within about a week. We shop at three different wholesalers & several local flower farms, comparing prices carefully to ensure you’re getting the best quality & price for each element. Once you're ready we will move forward with a contract and save the date together!

Review & Adjustments: Once you receive our proposal, we’ll review it together and make any necessary adjustments. Our proposal prices are held for 7 days, so we can finalize details within that time. Commitment & Contract: When you’re ready to move forward, you can sign a digital contract to secure your date on our calendar. Half of the investment is due at this time. We use one online platform for proposals, payments, & our contracts - you'll always have access. Final Details: About 45 days before your event, we’ll meet again to finalize all the details- such as ribbon colors, delivery & setup logistics, or any additional touches needed.

It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 7 to 9 months before their big day. There are only so many weekends in the summer, so if your heart is set on a summer Saturday date please reach out sooner rather than later to save your place with us :)
