Knowing this, we work with each couple to hand-pick the planning and coordination services they desire. Maintaining the integrity of your aesthetic, while respecting your budget is our top priority! Hi! I’m Bethanie! The Owner and Founder of TWP! I have been a part of creating and coordinating for years. My vision for founding a company that caters to budget brides came from having been to a plethora of weddings over the years. I recognized a stark difference in brides who's had some extra support compared to those who were left to do it all themselves! This always made my heart somewhat melancholy. These couples are so special! On this special day they shouldn't have to lift a finger! They are incredible and deserve the moon and stars on this special day. That’s when TWP was born!

Wedding Day on 10-25-2025
Bethanie made sure throughout the wedding planning process that mine and my now husbands questions and concerns were always answered during our calls. She made us feel at ease and excited for our big day to arrive. When the wedding day finally arrived she was walking around double checking on everyone and seeing if anyone needed anything. She kept us on track and even told us when we were early based on the timeline we made so we could have a few minutes as just husband and wife before the day continued on. She was switching out our food throughout the night, made sure everyone was in their places for reception entrances, to the fake grand exit we did. She was truly a saving grace and the best addition to our wedding!! If you're looking for someone who is always done to schedule a video call, ease your never ending worries and ideas. And the person that will truly make your wedding day run PERFECTLY.. Book with Bethanie (:

Bethanie was truly the heart and calm of our wedding day. From the moment the day began, she was my constant reassurance — always there with a smile, keeping me grounded and calm while gracefully coordinating all the chaos happening around us. She radiates positivity and kindness, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. What stood out most was how willing she was to do absolutely anything and everything to make sure we could fully soak up and enjoy every moment of our day. She was always one step ahead, quietly keeping everything and everyone aligned so that all we had to do was be present and take it all in. Bethanie isn’t just an incredible coordinator — she’s the kind of person who makes your day feel effortless and full of joy. I can’t imagine our wedding without her.
