I was able to work closely with wedding parties to plan and coordinate their menu. Since then, I have advanced my knowledge and experience working as a server for other catering businesses. I didn't want my knowledge to end there so I got a job creating floral arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières. The best hands on experience has been as a Venue Coordinator for 4 years.
