From the early morning setup to the last dance of the night, our wedding planner played a pivotal role in making our day flawless. She arrived at the venue before anyone else, ensuring every vendor was on time and every detail was exactly as we envisioned — from the floral arrangements to the ceremony seating. Throughout the day, she kept everything running according to schedule, discreetly communicating with the caterer, photographer, and DJ to keep things moving behind the scenes. Thanks to the coordinators we were able to fully relax and be present for one of the most important days of our lives!
