Our Partial Planning service is ideal for clients who’ve booked a few key vendors and have a general direction, but need professional guidance to refine the details and execute the vision. We help to streamline logistics, finalize your vendor team, and ensure your event unfolds smoothly and cohesively. This service gives you structure, clarity, and expert support—all while keeping you in the creative seat.

Our Day-Of Coordination package is made for couples who’ve taken the lead on planning, but want peace of mind when it matters most. We step in 4–6 weeks before your event to fine-tune the details, coordinate with your vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly—so you can relax and be fully present on your day.

    We were so lucky to have Amelia as our day-of wedding coordinator, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She stepped in last-minute when our original planner was suddenly unable to attend, and from the very first moment she took over, we knew we were in great hands.     Amelia was beyond amazing. She stepped in for my sister’s wedding when her planner needing to step back and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. I believe it was meant to be. She took care of everything for her with a smile. We saw her working so hard allllll day. My sister had a lot of small details and a lot of emotions and Amelia handled everything with compassion and care. She made the day so special and everyone should book with her! You’ll be so glad you did.

    VowHaus Creative was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was incredibly communicative and fast - they were always available to answer our questions and provide updates throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding, as they demonstrated a very keen attention to detail. They made sure I had everything even the things I didn't know I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best day of my life getting married to my husband. She thought of things even I didn't think about and made our day so much better. Every time I was stressed, she calmed me down and took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience.
