I’ve had the honor of planning events across New York, Florida, California, and destinations like Cancun and Grand Cayman. Whether it’s an intimate elopement, microwedding, or grand celebration, I’ll handle the logistics so you can enjoy every moment. Fluent in Spanish, I offer seamless communication in both languages.

    I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Stacey. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding was handled with care. Even though we didn’t provide her with many of the important details she needed, she remembered everything we mentioned in passing and somehow brought our exact vision to life. She constantly gave us reassurance throughout the process and always made sure we were doing okay. She is the kind of person who makes you feel so comfortable, like you’ve known her forever — which is exactly what you need during such a stressful time. On the wedding day, she managed everything seamlessly, handled unexpected situations with grace, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our special day without worry. Our families and guests noticed how attentive and kind she was too. Stacey is not only professional and reliable, but also incredibly caring and genuine. She is truly the best, and we will forever be grateful for her. If you are looking for someone who will treat your wedding as if it were their own, you won’t find anyone better!

    Stacy was an absolute lifesaver for our July 25, 2025 wedding! First let me start by saying, from the moment we met on our Zoom calls, she felt like an old friend—warm, easy to talk to, yet completely professional and organized. On the wedding day, she handled every single detail flawlessly. Any problem that arose was solved before I even had time to worry about it. Stacy is warm, professional, and handles chaos with grace—I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Because of her myself, the groom and our families were truly able to enjoy the day. She brought my vision to life, kept me calm, solved problems instantly, and even made sure my groom and I were always fed with a drink in hand. When the venue coordinator dropped the ball, Stacy completely saved the day. She went above and beyond in every way, and I will forever be grateful for her role in making our wedding the most perfect and stress-free day possible. If you’re lucky enough to book her, you will be in the absolute best hands!!

    I met Stacy at a bridal expo. I knew I wanted a day of coordinator but I didn’t put heavy importance on it in the beginning so I was through a lot of the planning before I contacted her. Big mistake! I should’ve hired her from day 1. She was so helpful with everything! She looked over the catering before I ordered it to make sure it was enough food, she reviewed my quotes to make sure I was getting the best deal, she reviewed my rental invoice and told me what I did or didn’t need to rent. She helped me find a DJ and some serving/cleaning staff to help out and make things run smoothly. She was so quick to reply and she thought of things I didn’t even think of. She offers site visits as a service and I’m so glad I added that because we walked through and we were able to decide where everything would go to make to most sense. She checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the set up of things I didn’t go over with her. She kept us going on time with our tight timeline of events. She even made sure to serve us plates because we were so busy we never made it inside to serve ourselves. She kept in contact with all the vendors for me. She helped set up the ceremony and reception site and did a beautiful job. She even took some bts shots and shared them with us. She is so professional and knows what she is doing. She was worth every single penny and more, things could not have turned out so perfect without her help and she did it with a smile the entire time

    Stacy was so amazing as a day-of coordinator!! She was on top of everything and so kind and supportive leading up to our wedding! Day-of she was such a pro and handled any small issues perfectly without me and my husband even knowing. Our family and friends loved her and even with everything she had to coordinate, she had food & drinks waiting for us at our table during dinner which was such an amazing touch
