I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

Hi! I’m Danielle, the originating event alchemist. I’ve been told I should be a planner since the first internet quizzes started hitting my mom’s aol inbox in the early 00’s. My super-power is finding patterns in any and everything, from nature, to art, to human behavior. I love to use these patterns to help organize and synthesize information. I started event planning in order to share my skills with the world. I view myself as a jack of all trades and love to keep life interesting. I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of twenty years. Starting when I was around 14 he would let me tag along to weddings as his assistant (a.k.a. equipment hauler), and eventually assisted in the actual videography and editing processes as well. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for about nine years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I branched out into wedding coordination about three years ago and have been having so much fun with it!

Some people are planners. Some people are doers. And me? I’m both. So, it’s only natural that my love for both planning and doing, as well as infatuation with fostering and nurturing community, would eventually lead me to the event industry. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years. From office management to residential loan coordination to bartending, my love for connection inspired a professional transition to full-time event planning.
