We had a wedding at a private residence outside, so electrical needs were tricky. Spenser was thorough in what he needed supplied from us and we were able to get the right electrical needs for both his sound system and the two arcade tables we rented. He also was such a fun personality to have around and added so much to the party! We have so many great photos of everyone up and dancing due to his skill of keeping things fun! He did a great job following our timeline and was very helpful in adding to it as needed when we weren't sure how to schedule things such as first dance, cake cutting and parental dances. We had aunts and uncles that I've NEVER seen dance, out on the floor tearing it up!You would not regret hiring this company! (Included in the review is the last dance of the night when everyone had gone home and my husband and I closed out the dance floor!)”

“My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”

“Joseph and Erika played a huge part in how special our wedding day was. We genuinely enjoyed every single part of working with them, from the beginning stages including them hearing our vision and vibe for the wedding, during the planning and using the app which made outlining our event and plans so easy, to the event itself where they really engaged all of our guests and got the party going. Even though we had a brunch wedding, Joseph and Erika helped it feel like we were "dancing the night away!" We had so many of our guests immediately after the wedding and for weeks after comment on what talented and amazing musicians Joseph and Erika are and how fun they helped to make our reception. Neither my husband nor I are experts on music (I for example never remember the names of songs I like), so we were looking for a DJ who would be able to capture the essence of the music we enjoyed. We found Press Play approximately 5 months before our wedding. Keith provided an online form with common wedding songs and essential questions about our wedding day. We chose about 1.5 hours of music from this list, and also shared four Spotify playlists with him – our must-play, must-not play, like list, and prefer-not-to-play lists, which we had compiled over the course of a few months. Keith seamlessly filled in the rest. 3 weeks before the wedding, Keith reached out to confirm the day-of-proceedings and pronunciation of names, demonstrating his attention to detail. “DJ Mark Dixon was our DJ for our wedding at The Bedford Village Inn on August 27th. From our initial conversation all the way to our wedding day Mark was amazing. He is extremely detailed and organized. The wedding planning site they use is flawless, and helps prepare not only him but you as bride and groom for wedding day. I had to make several last minute changes as my Dad was unfortunately unable to attend the wedding, Mark didn’t hesitate to step in and help make those changes. He stepped in to help facilitate a zoom call with my dad so he could watch the ceremony virtually which meant the world to me. He also helped my Husband with a video tribute to my dad during what would have been the daughter father dance. Fast forward to the reception, the dinner music had people out of their seats and on the dance floor so you can only imagine how the rest of the night went. The dance floor was beaming with energy all night, he played the best music and seamlessly transitioned between songs. Our guests keep telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
