On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Samantha her SNG team. From start to finish, our wedding weekend was completely seamless, and I genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. Every detail I imagined was executed absolutely perfectly. Samantha was not only incredibly organized and professional, but also genuinely kind and respectful to our family, guests, and wedding party. Even when giving direction, she did so with warmth and grace—something that was noticed and complimented by many people who have experienced far less respectful planners in the past. SNG was with us every step of the way, from the rehearsal dinner to the welcome party and through the wedding day itself, and everything flowed effortlessly. Multiple vendors went out of their way to compliment Samantha’s communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. I never waited more than 10 minutes for a response to any question (which was a service level my type-A self BEYOND appreciated), and she was always extremely accommodating of my and my husbands busy out of town schedules. If we ever plan another event in the Jacksonville area, SNG will absolutely be our first call. Hiring Samantha was one of the best decisions we made, and we are beyond grateful for the experience she gave us.
