My now wife was busy in grad school and I know nothing about weddings, so we knew right off the bat having an experienced planner helping us was the way to go. But after the wedding was all said and done, it is incredible looking back at how easy Jodie made the experience. She found us incredible vendors, always asked the right questions that we would never think to ask, and planned the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to (or in this case been the main part of)! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!”

“We are so grateful for Kimberley and her incredible team- they were a huge part of what made our wedding day so special. While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event.
