She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. “Valley Decors provided good communication throughout the planning process, though we felt communication could have been better on the day of the event. However, they still did an excellent job overall. The team at Valley Decors set up the event flawlessly for our 350 guests - everything came out perfect. They have a great team that works well together. The only downside was that they picked up rented items like the table runner and napkins before the night was over, which I didn't appreciate, though I understand they needed to collect plates and glassware. Despite this, Grace and Travis were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond, even stepping in when one of our other vendors fell short on tables and linens. They provided amazing rentals and were able to quickly deliver extra tables and freshly ironed linens with less than 24 hours notice. Although there were a few minor hiccups on our wedding day that were out of their control, Grace and Travis provided an exceptional setup and coordination for our event.”
