No, our venue is fully insured.
More than 1 year prior to event date: All paid deposits will be 100% refunded 6 months – 1 year: Initial Contracted deposit is nonrefundable, any additional payments will be refunded in full, and no balance is due. 3 months- 6 months: Initial Deposit is nonrefundable and 50% of balance of the estimated value of the event is due. Less than 3 months: Full balance of the event is due.
The closest airport is in Portsmouth at Pease trade port and just a short 10 minute drive away. This is a local airport with limited flights available. Manchester Airport and Logan International airport are both approximate a 1 hour drive.
