“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. “Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding.
