From the moment they got involved they handled everything and anything I needed- from coordinating with vendors, to jumping in with a concern I had about my hair and makeup team, attending my final walk through with me and calls with the band, creating my signage templates (customized to my venue), and so much more. But what really put them over the top for me was their performance on the wedding day. My venue has a ton of logistical limitations and they navigated them with ease. I also have to admit I totally doubted the timeline Maddy gave me was plausible - but it was followed to a T!! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and all my belongings were even packed up at the end of the night. They executed everything to perfection. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with.
