After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”

“Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending.
