	Partial planning	Day-of coordination / wedding management
Description	I come in 4-6 months before your wedding, review your contracts, give suggestions & expert advice, communicate with vendors you book throughout the process, collect their insurance. There are 5-7 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and walk through the venue. Any changes I relay to vendors and coordinate with wedding party. I make the master timeline. You also get a complimentary copy of my "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".	I come in 1-2 months before your wedding, review your contracts (I usually find something that needs revision or updates!) I then build a minute-by-minute master timeline which will be given to the vendors. We will have 3 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and have a walk through of the venue. The final month, I contact the vendors to confirm everything. I also give you a complimentary copy of "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".

Weddings By Trang provided exceptional service. Their communication style was detailed, clear and pleasant, which was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. Trang was very organized, helpful and kept the day-of prep moving smoothly. She kept the venue staff on task and ensured all deliverables were met. I was able to communicate with Trang beforehand and together we created a seamless plan for the wedding day. Trang went above and beyond everywhere to help us plan our special day! She contacted all the vendors and coordinated with them so everything would go smoothly on our wedding day. She also went out of her way to meet us at the venue during decor drop off a couple days before so she could scope out the venue first hand and make sure all our decor would be set up in the correct places. I definitely recommend Trang to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience working with Weddings By Trang for my recent wedding that I catered for. Her communication was efficient, fast, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of working logistics on the back end. The quality of her work and the value they provided was truly professional and creative. Trang was very responsive, reaching out early and sending us detailed information like a vendor map and load-in instructions, which made the logistics of our event at the Natural History Museum run smoothly. She effectively spread out more than 8 vendors throughout the venue. All the vendors had more than enough room to setup and serve. I'm so grateful for Trang and her team's hard work, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
