I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works. It seems like magic that the flowers in the finished product look just as they did on the day of our wedding. My love for floral design began inside the horticulture classroom at my high school. That classroom played a pivotal role in allowing me to be creative in ways that I never had been before. When I left for college, My goal was to study business in order to operate my own Floral Business but I quickly lost track of that dream. The pandemic served as a wake up call for me just like it did for so many others. Allowing me to rediscover my love for flowers and all things beautiful. Bazarr Blossoms is more than a business its a passion that allows me to stay true to that teenager who once created and dreamed inside that high school classroom.
